whats a good website with detailed medical info, specifically on different procedures, pros and cons, and opinions for and against? i already know of webmd. and wikipedia is also good aside from the fact that i dont know if i can trust it to be impartial

Your best bet is to look for specific information on exactly the procedure you are wondering about. Are you looking for info for medical types or info for lay people?
