Good mATX board for E8400 (No overclocking)

I am in the process of gathering parts and things for my next build. I do not plan to overclock and I would like the board compatible with QuadCore should I ever decide to upgrade. I also wouldn't need any "premium" onboard features other than ethernet and audio.
