Good Mac developer program?

Is there something decent like visual studio for the mac?

use for C, C++, and java...

There's a few options for OS 9. As far as Java, a lot of the IDE's should work since they're writting in Java. JEdit is nice once you install a few of the plugins. Codewarrior is good for C++.

Mac OS X comes with development tools.

Metrowerks Code Warrior is pretty much the only good IDE for MacOS 9x and earlier. Symantec C++ went away a long time ago.
