OK, got a server that's going to be built...
Athlon 1600+ (It's strictly a web server, so this isn't _too_ important)
512 or 1024MB RAM (that could make a difference)
Promise RAID controller (not onboard)

Feature-laiden enthusiast boards aren't needed, but the ECS K7S5A is a bit lack on features that may come in handy later on w/ a server.

I'm currently looking towards the Gigabyte GA-7VRXP (KT333), Shuttle AK35GT2R (R not required), and ABit KX7-333.

The KT400 boards just seem to have a bit too many bugs that still need working out for their use. Any comments or recommendations? Stability and compatibility are the #1 priorities (Asus stuff not listed because of their recent bad apples)

OK, well that's one vote. I use the early version of the Shuttle now (the AK35GT), and it has been rock solid, but is a bit lack in features. The Abit and Gigabyte seem to be a bit better comprimises, but since so many upgrades and builds of machines around this house have been for people wanting a better machine to browse the web with and such, my dad and I (he's making the server :)) have been a bit slack on checking out new motherboards (Several KT133A boards cured us of the "Oh, let's go try this new one" attitude).
