Good lord what are all these RAM settings in bios?

My Epox 8K7A motherboard has a crap load of settings for the RAM in the bios and the manual doesn't really say what they are for. How do I start tweaking?

Xray if you really don't know about it i would just leave it at the default settings that way you will most likely have zero problems...
