Probably because Braves fans don't give a damn that they're in the post season again, and the Cubs fans still can't believe it.

I Think the official rules says that your not allow to resell them over certain % of the face value. Most ebay people follows them.

Scalping is legal in most states....or at a couple that I know for sure
