Good Looking Charts from Excel Sheet

I have a spread sheet with a bunch of benchmarking data saved on it, and I am going to be making charts out of it for a webpage soon. I can make charts easily in Excel, but they look rather dull.

Does anyone know of another spreadsheet program or third party application that makes nice looking charts from spreadsheet data?
