Good light for computer use..

random question, but..
just want to ask all of you computer users.. what kind of light would be best for computer use? fluorescent? regular bulb? and what brand/model if you know some..
and also.. where should it be placed on the desk/floor in comparison to the PC monitor?

my current desktop light is dying (something wrong with the wiring, I think.. was a cheap light, anyway) >__> so I want to get a new one soon.

so can anyone recommend any good ones? should be easy on the eyes and bright enough to view the montior well. 😀

I would get a lamp like this

and point the bulb against the wall(please make sure that it isnt an inch from the wall 🙂 )
Then I would use the GE 13 watt bulbs or like an orange bulb. I think orange is very good on the eyes and sets for a relaxing mood.
Switch out for red when GF comes over
