I'm not really a gamer too much btw, but I would like a nice low response time. I've bought only 1 LCD in my life, and I don't know much about what to look for besides dot pitch and contrast ratio.

I was just about ready to order the Samsung that was featured on this comparo but decided to hold off. I'm glad I did because I got the Dell 2005FPW 20" widescreen for about the same price. Gotta love those widescreens😀
 
Don't rely on specs too much. They are not varified by anyone and in most cases there are no real standards for measuring them. Test reviews and your own eyes are the best measurements.

Excellent point. I would either look at Anandtech.com or other hardware sites for reviews.
