Good laptop for under $700

It looks like I'm going to be traveling more often now and I'm going to need a good laptop that is under $700. I won't be playing heavy games on it as I have a powerful desktop PC that takes care of that, but maybe a light games when I don't have access to an internet connection when I travel. It will be used mostly for Netflix streaming and office work. It must be small enough so that I won't have any problems taking it on flights while traveling. It must not have a keyboard that gets hot. If the laptop does not come with an SSD, I most likely will replace the HDD with a 120-128 GB SSD.

Would this be a good one for the price I'm looking for:
