I'd second the Natural Elite. My hands start cramping up now after a few minutes on a normal keyboard, I can type for hours without fatigue on the NE. I have the multimedia edition and have been very happy with it(I use headphones most of the time and the volume controls have been very handy).

Bumping just to see what else is out there. i.e. Trying to support something that isn't a monopoly.

I like my plain ole' logitech just fine, but I have to use a nice GEL wrist rest to go along with it (I have one from Fellowes that is very nice). Just make sure your keyboard and GEL pad are elevated enough so that your forearms and wrist are more or less in a straight line as you type. For this, you may need to adjust your chair height or change the type of computer desk you use.
