Good Joystick for under 70 bucks?

I need a joystick to play games on my computer. I can't spend over 100 bucks, so i'm leaning towards under 70 dollars. Any suggestions?

I just picked up a cheap generic four button joystick made by Saitek (X7-34) and it works great.

If you want something with a throttle get the Saitek X-35. I think it's $80 with a $20 or $30 rebate at CompUSA, sale good till Sat.
