My connection is great. Comcast has been great to me for the last few years. it has been out a few times but nothing major.

well the only time it was bad is when they went from ATTBI to comcast. i was out for a week for some reason.

that sucks dude, i say stop being a good dad and start being a BAD DAD and raise holy hell with comcast


call like 10x a day and make someone come out to you

my friend has comcast in PA and his stuff went down on sunday and he called and a tech was there less then 20 min later

no...1.5M would suck...I am at less than dialup right now. I would complain, but its better than the nothing I have had the past few days.

I am being compensated $1.37 per day. I told the guy that was an insult. After I convinced some supervisor guy that I was not hanging up until my internet was either fixed or I got fairly compensated, he agreed to give me some promo that would credit me $22 a month for the next three months. I thought that was fair.
