Good ISP search sites?

I haven't searched for alternative ISPs in years, so I'm totally unfamiliar with which search engines are best. http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=isp+search wasn't very successful. (The first five hits didn't seem comprehensive enough - they didn't even list my current ISP, which has been around for at least 5 years...)

Any favorites? (my current provider is more than fast enough, but at an effective $85/mo, the rate is kind of steep. I say it's $85/mo since we have to buy a cable tv plan as well, and nobody in the house would care if we cancelled cable...)
