Hi all,

I would like to connect to an IRC server (irc.euirc.net), but they won't let me connect because I use @Home Internet Access. I've emailed one of their admins and they tell me I should use an IRC proxy to get on their server.

Anybody know a good IRC proxy?

Also - If proxy servers are easy to find, then what's the point of blocking *.home.com on that server if the hackers can connect through the proxy server easily?

Thanks alot.

proxies are a hassle. They stop working and die out. Then you have to find new ones.

I think there is a program called ProxyHunter... you may be able to find a link to it on Cyberarmy.com or try a search.

The problem with searching for proxies is that you are trying to make conections to people's computers to see if they have a server running... it looks like you are trying to hack them. So you may be reported to your ISP. You are forewarned.
