Good invoicing apps with tasks and notes that also works on Windows?

Just curious, I wanted to see what some of you guys are using that have your own business. I'm currently using invoice 2 go but it only does invoices, I don't get to keep notes on my clients or their 5000 logins for the 15 different websites they use. And also a task manager or something as I often have various projects going on for them that don't always get finished on the same day or week.
