Good inexpensive vegatarian places in Vegas?

A friend of mine is a vegatarian. Any recommendations for places to eat?

And he arrives at 11pm Vegas time. Anyone know of places that server vegatarian food at that time?

corn,apples,MEAT,etc. LOL

how about McDonalds,salad,etc.

will he eat chicken/fish? then you can go most anyplace,and let him look at the menu.
