Good image quality on my new Geforce2 MX.

Just installed the card & it`s a lot better then my old TNT1 AGP card(image wise),btw I have a weird brand,it`s a SPARKLE GEFORCE2 MX,(www.sparkle.com.tw)it comes with a big heatsink,no fan & 6ns ram so I will try overclocking later,using it on a KT-133 MSI K7T PRO so far no problems even games run fine ,I`m very impressed so far & would definetly recommend it to anyone,btw got mine from www.overclockers.co.uk.

Cool... Let us know how it works out on that via chipset. I've had lots of trouble with Via Vs. Nvidia in the past. I want to know how well D3D applications are working out for you and if you have any driver issues. I'm jumping on the Duron/KT7 bandwagon myself. Give us some benchmarks if you can.

Btw using the 5.22 drivers since there are known problems with 6.xxxx series once Nvidia release the new 6.20 drivers(which will solve the KT133 Problems)will try them.

I have a ProphetMX ..the 2d image quality is equal to or better than the V5 I recently had. I run the desktop at 32bit 1280x960 85Hz ...it's razor sharp

Well people, Sparkle is known manufacturer for OEM parts, even like Jetway video card made by Sparkle. They use good RAM for their board, which I believe make it easier to you too oc that baby.
Their board quality usually good, not like Power Color board, their cheap and nasty!!!

You mentioned you were using 5.22 drivers because of problems with the higher numbers. I have been trying to run a Geforce2 MX with 6.18 drivers (Detonator 3)and I get nothing but a blank screen any time I enter a game. I also get the same problem when I switch my video card to a Diamond V550 (TNT). Is this a know problem with these drivers? I have been scratching my hair out!!!!

Grizzy7,yes there are problems with KT133 boards & Detonator 3 drivers go back to detonator 2 get them here for info on the problem with Det 3 drivers go here for info .
