Good idea?

Alright, with the recent acquisition of Writely by Google, I'm very jealous. I've been on the web development bandwagon for a decade now and have yet to make anything worth anyone's interest.

The problem is not my ability, but intstead, it is just a lack of a great idea. So, fellow forum goers, what should be my next big idea for a web application?

What's in it for you?:
If I develop a web application, I'll list you as a co-founder and if I ever make any money directly off your idea, I'll give you at least 15% of the profits. And, You'll receive all the credit for the great idea.

So, who wants to help me build the next big thing?

An application that tracks the relationships between frequent flyer/hotel/shopper programs and how you can transfer between programs. You put in your points for each account, and it tells you how to maximize your points with any one company.

I've seen several failed attempts at this. Most apps only handle a few "partner" programs. I need one that shows me how to transfer through two or three programs to optimize my miles. I have to manually track this now.

For example, you can't transfer miles from American Airlines to United. But you can transfer miles from American airlines into Priority Club and from Priority Club into United. Nobody has a tool that will tell you this. Unless you read through reams of webpages, you would never find it out.

Wow that sounds like an enormous undertaking! I'll definitely keep it in mind though!

If someone wants to work with me and is capable of assisting on the task of launching a company that percentage WOULD go up. I've made a decent chunk of change on the web, but nothing in recent years. I'd be glad to put anything in writing if I start to pursue someone's idea, with or without their help.

I've seen a hundred good ideas fail due to the lack of effort. I want to make one succeed
