Good idea for a cheapo mp3 player to use while running?

I figure I can find something good on eBay. Anybody have any ideas?

I used to use my 5gb iPod but now I have a 15gb one and it's so darn pretty I can't imagine using it in my sweaty a%% palms.

I sing songs to myself in my head.

They had a cheap mp3 player at WalMart for about $40 I think. Not sure of the specs, but hell...it's $40.

Circuit City had some noname one for like $30 the other day...check in Hot Deals. I think the best way to go is to have a nice HD-based player like the iPod for travel and daily use and the cheapest POS you can find for working out...that way when you drop it, sweat all over it, lose it, etc, you won't be too pissed. 🙂

What's the point of buying an iPod if you're not going to use it? It's an MP3 player, not a decoration.

im not using it while working out/running.

i use it frequently otherwise

I got the Irock 530 for 49.00 refurb from tigerdirect.com works well and uses smartmedia which I have a bunch of. Soft ware is simple to use too...

I bought the Panasonic SL-SW960V AM/FM/CD/CDR/CDRW/MP3 player. Battery life is outstanding. It plays mp3's burned to CD. I use it at the gym everyday. Comes with a hand grip to hold while running, but I'm sure you can buy an accessory to make it more comfortable for you to use while jogging.
