good hotels in new orleans?

im planning on going to new orleans for a few days in august just fun drinking, and fun. im looking for a hotel on or near bourbon street in the french quarter.... anyone have any recommendations?

I think there is a best western right on bourbon (stayed there twice). Not too expensive. It's right next to Razzos (sp). That place is nice. 3-1 beers.

EDIT: It's the Ramada Plaza Inn On Bourbon. Nice place.
