Good HMO/Dental/Vision in South Bay Area

I just started working in the Bay Area (Mountain View) and I need to pick a primary physician for my Blue Cross HMO package. Does anyone have a good experience with medical groups that they could help me out with? Searching on the Blue Cross page yields hundreds of doctors, and they all look the same to me. I'm primarily looking for a physician that doesn't take too many clients. I rarely have to see a doctor, so i wouldn't be dipping into their current patient load much. Also need a recommendation for a dentist and optometrist. TIA
