good Heatsink for mobile athlon 2400+?

I'm going to purchase a 45 watt mobile athlon 2400+. the CPU is OEM. What would be a good heatsink to get for it? I also need thermal paste too correct? any and all help appreciated.

The BEST Socket A heatsink you can buy is the Thermalright SP-97. Uses the four mounting holes around the socket and has heatpipes that move the heat more rapidly to the ends of the fins to increase cooling. All copper. I run it with a near silent Nexus 92mm fan as part of a super quiet gaming rig.

If you won't be overclocking much, then any $20 heatsink and fan will do just fine.

And, yes, you need thermal compound. Get a tube of Arctic Silver 5 from Bestbyte or SVC.
