Go to Goodcans.com that website has all you need to know about the grados. Anyways you can replace the grado earpads with new supercomfy ones, like i did. About grado's warranty service, well my dad threw my headphones across the room in a fit of rage and managed to break the driver on the left side. I sent them into repair and a got them back 4 days later. I love the grados. I just recently bought the klipsch promedias, and they don't compare to the grados in terms of overall sound. The grado's will make you realize what good sound should be, they are rich and warm and have good bass for their size. As a matter of fact, screw my suggestion on the sr60's go and buy the SR80's, they are WELL WORTH THE MONEY.
