What headphones would you recommend for around $200? Is it true that wireless headphones pretty much suck? I will probably use them mostly for dvds and music. This way I don't have to drive the parents nuts with my promedias :).

Looks like a nice site with some good prices as well. Next time I'm in the market for headphones I'm going to have to shop there. Orpheus headphones, only $11,900, a bargain from the list $14,900! hehe =)

I would look at the Sennheiser 580's they have, those are some AWESOME headphones, you can't go wrong with them. Wireless headphones don't SUCK but they have a cord for a reason =) They're going to sound best that way.

It'd be nice to have that much money to just spend on headphones.

Since I don't know much about speakers I gotta ask this. I can use these just by plugging them into my promedia speakers preamp headphone pluggin right? I am also going to have to be able to use them on my home stereo.

Supposedly wireless headphones don't sound as good as corded headphones because the wireless properties restrict the sound a bit. I think it was said the range wasn't as wide with the wireless headphones. Also, you might need a headphone amplifier to get good sound from some expensive headphones like the Sennheiser HD580's that someone suggested. Take a look at posts in the forums of www.headwize.com. The guys here spend a lot of money on different headphone equipment and should know what combination is best for you in your price range.
