Good Haunted House or Hayrides in Philly PA Area?

I was at the pen on a regular tour so i can't speak for the haunted house bit. But, it has the possibility to be kind of spooky. I wouldn't want to be in there if it's dark, but then again, it could be incredibly cheesy.
