I have a Dell PowerVault 200S with (5) 50gb Seagate ST150176LC SCSI Disks hooked up to a AMI MegaRAID 1500 Enterprise SCSI RAID controller using RAID-5 64kb Stripe. I'm testing out different read/write policys and i'd like to know of a better benchmark that tests writing...

Current HDtach
Write Policy: Write Back
Read Policy: Adaptive Read Ahead
Cache Policy: Direct I/O
 
The only other one I know of is h2bench, but it only tests raw throughput (bandwidth usage) which may not be very helpful for RAID benchmarking.
