Good GPS software (in car)

I've bought an old (p3-600, 256mb ram) laptop to use only for gps in my car... What is some good software that has turn by turn, re routing, etc.

I want something easy to use, and laptop friendly.... Cheap is good, but I'm willing to pay the $$ if I have to.

Also, win2k or xp on this little lappy?
