Good God!!! When will this "boy band" thing end???!!!

Some of you with insight to the cyclical nature of pop culture, please help me! Every time I turn on the television it's STILL the N'syncs and Backstreets and Brittney and Christina thing going on. These guys have had shelf lives that the New Kids on the Block only dreamed of. Isn't it about time for their fans to start smoking and drinking and listening to rock n roll?? They just....won't........die!!

Any sociology majors with a theory please put it forward.

Oh yeah, anyone with a thought on why the new tool record isn't as good as a perfect circle's record was, i'd love to hear what you have to say about that as well.

The main appeal of the boy bands is from 13 yr old girls. They are here to stay pretty much. I for one dont mind any video that Britney spears does and hope she sticks around for a long time. Admit it you are a closet Backstreet fan then you wont have to pretend to listen to that garbage Tool
