as I was trying to find a pair of pants to wear tonight, i found an old pair of pants.
size 42. they used to be tight on me about 1.5 years ago when I weighed close to 250 (w/o clothes on).
I am now (w/o clothes) 189.5 and take a size 38 (maybe a semi-tight 36)!
what kinda sucks is that I still look chunky. any ideas on how to try to tone up? I am guilty of having man-titties and dont want them. I want pecks

btw, I'm 5'10. what should i set my ideal weight to be? When I got to 210, I figured 180 was fine, but now, 10 lbs away, I'm not so sure.
