good gift to give for a bday??

i figure with the bday post a lot of people have it on their minds. i dont know what to get my close friend. she has a SMALL appartment so she said no household items. i dont want to get her jewelry cause i dont want her to get the wrong idea. she is EXTREMELY girly and is about 23. i can figure it out. oh yeah, i'm pretty much screwed cause her birthday is on wednesday!

I sure don't.

I don't think she'ld get the wrong idea if you bought her a nice pair of earrings, a bracelet, or a charm she can put on a chain (cute birthstone charm). What about some perfume or a bubble bath/moisturizer set? I personally don't like bubble bath sets but some women really like that stuff.

I disagree with the purse/wallet suggestion. Women are extremely picky about those items.
