Good gaming monitor under $200?

Looking at a 27" VA 1080p option right now:

VA panels are generally really nice and I've heard good things about BenQ.

$200 is sort of a weird spot for monitors. You can buy cheap 1080p 23" monitors for under $100 all day long, or spend $400 to get a really nice IPS display or something with G-Sync (if you have Kepler/Maxwell GPU).

That said, if you can wait and save up, the VG248QE is pretty awesome and often goes on sale under $250. Since you specified "gaming", you can't do much better than 144Hz refresh rate and very, very fast pixel timing. I'm really happy with mine.
