Hey all,

Just ordered a comp with 7800's in sli and am looking to get an LCD that will actually warrant the sli setup. Looking for around 19-21 inch LCD with 1600x1200 and hopefully 12 or less response time for about $500.

Any advice is highly appreciated.

Dell fp2005 is a great monitor, but it is a widescreen. For gaming you might want to check out the dell fp2001

Ive been playing RPGs and RTSs on my 2005FPW, and I love it. Widescreen is aweosme for these kind of games. I havent played any shooter games though.

I couldn't agree with you more. I played CS:S on it and it looked amazing as well. Some may not like the widescreen aspect tho. Up to him I guess.

I have been looking around and alot of people also recommend some of the samsung 20-21 inch monitors. I am currently looking at the Samsung 214T. 21.3 inch with 8ms response and good reviews. I am now looking at possibly spending up near a grand. But the samsung is only 689 on sale right now. Really not wanting to go widescreen as the one on my lappy real throws my am in games.
