Can you guys tell me some games that are not FPS?I mean if you think there's an extremely good FPS I haven't heard off you can go ahead, but i'm looking for other types of games.I'm really bored and I need something to do while sitting in front of my PC because of corona, other than league of legends.Or even games that you think are worth going back to....just give me ideas

Have you tried "A Story About my Uncle"?

I'm playing through it now and enjoying it.

Red Alert 2
Company of Heroes
StarCraft 2
Lisa
Any free game on Steam (there are tons)...Brawlhalla, etc.

If you have never heard of it try Outcast, there's even a remaster out.
Single player only, but it's worth it, I can't even tell you what genre it is as I have no idea after all those years since playing it. Could as well call it isekai the game and enjoy an adventure in another world, it's basically that.

Or maybe you could try some RTS games if you want to explore new genres, gaming =/= FPS. Star craft as said above is a good one, if you like it then try Homeworld... it's about spaceships!

Minecraft
FTL: Faster Than Light
both are really cheap and are great games. Thing is, you've being really vague. I could probably list you 500 non-FPS games which are good, just go and pick on from Steam.
Torment? Monkey Island? There's some pretty amazing abandonware out there, it depends on what you want.

thank you all for replying!I will look up all of the games and decide which ones to try.
The Witcher 3... that'll tie you over for quite some time.
As for witcher 3,I have the GOTY edition on my xbox,i played it for around 10 hours,it's a great story, but not really my type of game.80% talking 20% combat.Sometimes i even forget it's a game because it feels like a netflix series 🙂.Which isn't a bad think but i don t have that kind of patience

minecraft...oh boy the time i spent on that game is probably all of the total time spent on every other game combined....and some more.

No Man's Sky in its current form is pretty awesome if you like exploring and base building. All of the massive updates it has had over the years have really changed it.

Subnautica is in the same area, also very good.

If you are interested in cRPG's, Pillars of Eternity is great.

if you are feeling adventurous (it can take a competent PC user the best part of the day to figure out how to install it) you can try the Total Conversion Mod called IndustrialCraft 2.

There are many mods that add machine blocks but imho IC2 is the most balanced and most immersive.

two other notable TCM are Better Than Wolves (which is a bit unfair when it comes to starting difficulty) and TerrafirmaCraft; both take the survival aspect much more seriously than vanilla MC.

If you don't mind Early Access, Hades is pretty damn awesome. Same team that made Bastion and Transistor, so it's a "rogue-like" (i use quotes because it's got a lot of ARPG elements). I've sunk a ton of hours into it.

Starcraft / Broodwar, pokemon games, Command and Conquer, Total annihilation, Supreme Commander
