Good games for friends to play?

So 4-6 friends want to play some games together over the break. What's some of the best games that you find awesome with a group of friends? Probably besides anything MMORPG or something. We do like FPS, but a lot of the times it feels like we are playing by ourselves, maybe we just need more teamwork.

The first ones that come to mind are

Left 4 dead
Left 4 dead 2
Borderlands

If you have a valve game that uses the Source engine, take a look at Fortress Forever - its a free team fortress modification.

If you like RPG style games, there is Titan Quest with Immortal Throne expansion - its a Diablo II clone. Then there is the ever popular Diablo I and Diablo II. The original Diablo only supports 4 online players though

If you like deathmatch style games, there is Unreal Tournament 3 Black Edition, Quake, Quake II and Quake III arena

If you have a bunch of friends, I would take a serious look at left 4 dead 2. Its a team based game with up to 4 people on each team - for a total of 8.

Bad company 2, you can make squads of 4 or two squads of 3 if theres 6 of you.

Titan Quest is loads of fun but not right away. Starting with a new group of level 1's is pretty annoying. The game doesnt get good until level 8. You need to have multiple abilties to work off each other player and then its fun. Same with Diablo 2.
