Apologies for the necro in advance

Just wanted to know if games made with the engines listed in this thread, especially the newest "game maker" engine, can be distributed commercially by the developer (me, in this case) without answering to the party who made the engine and without running into any legal issues.

edit: looks like stuff made in unity3d is freely commercial.
