Good free webhosts?

well most of the free ones come with ads of some kind. Most of the free ones without ads have really bad reviews.
Someone posted this link in one of my threads: freewebspace.net. They have a list of a whole bunch of free sites. There's only a few without banners.

Someone also mentioned this site: hosturbo.com. They're really cheap. only $20 a year. I don't know how there service is, but I'm thinking about giving it a shot since they're the cheapest i can find.
 
I'll have mine up as soon as I get my server going again and move my server to my isp's location.
