Good (free is also good) RAMdrive utility for WindowsXP and Dual Channel?

I was using AR Soft's RAMdisk for quite awhile on an 8RDA+ with a single stick of RAM (512MB). Then I got 2 new sticks, total of 1GB now (the other stick is in a different computer now) and it's running in Dual Channel mode. The ramdisk now doesn't work - it appears in Device Manager normally, but now there's the yellow exclamation mark next to it, and it says that it can't load all the drivers needed. There is only one driver file as far as I know, and it's right where it should be. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the program a few times, no effect. The RAMdrive is gone. Is there something about the 1GB mark, or Dual Channel that might cause this to go bad?

So, I'd also like to know if anyone knows of a suitable replacement. I did like AR Soft's program, but for whatever reason, it's not working now.

I "fixed" the problem. I reduced the size of the RAMdrive below 100MB - I want it more like 256MB, but the program doesn't seem to support that.
