Good form mailer solution?

Hello,

I'm looking for a good form mailer solution that can accept posted HTML forms, parse them, send the results back in a nice email (and also keep them in a DB), etc. All parts of it have to be secure (https login, SSL support for sensitive info), and it should be able to prevent spam responses or DoS-type attacks.

Does anyone know of a good one? Either a hosted solution or software (not requiring PHP or ASP) would be great.
