good fish recipe

What's a good fish recipe? I don't want anything extremely complicated or costly, but something that tastes good

Get some salmon (works with other fish too). Add fresh lemon slices and fresh (not dried) dill. Place it in a "pocket" of aluminum foil and bake it in the oven. That's about it.

Word, Salmon is the way to go
Easy too-add a little lime to that
tastes great

Just grill some salmon on a grill, wrap it in foil, maybe a bit of a oil or butter seasoning. Simple, and good.

the wife and i like plain salmon grilled on a george foreman grill for 6 minutes. very easy to make and very yummy. she initially thought i had slathered butter on it because it was so tasty.

Take most any lighter fish (mahi mahi, halibut, tilapia, etc). Sprinkle with salt-free lemon pepper. Put a tablespoon of butter on top of it. Broil.

Another salmon vote here:

salmon steak + lemon + olive oil + garlic salt + 25 min in the oven at 400 degrees = MMMMMMMMMM

This one doesn't even require cooking:

1 lb of any fish
2 lemons
4 limes
1 garlic clove
1 bell pepper

Cut the fish into serving sized portions. Put the fish in a tuperware so that it is flat in the container (squared preferred). Cut up the garlic clove and bell pepper and put on top of the fish. Halve the lemons and limes, squeeze juices onto the fish. Close container and put into fridge for 8 hours. Turnover, let sit or 8-12 more hours.

Server with crackers, wine or cheese. Fish is cooked by the acid in the citrus. This is called ceviche (say-vee-chee)

Best fish recipe ever: Crispy Fish!

Dip the fish fillets in buttermilk, then coat them in instant potato flakes, then deep fry the fillets until they are golden brown. When cooked, the crispy coating will taste like a McDonalds hasbrown paddy. So simple and so delicious you'll be amazed.

take salmon filet cut into cubes, season with garlic powder/onion powder/paprika, cook on medium heat and right before serving cover in Frank's Red Hot...it tastes kinda like bufallo wings. it's good eats.

I'm not a huge fan of salmon, but I love tilapia and mahi mahi...during the summer we'd just sprinkle some lemon pepper and spread some melted butter over the filets and grill them

Mmmm fried flounder.

If you wanna do it chinese style, batter em up and fry them. Then stir fry with some creamed corn, minced garlic, salt, white pepper, and egg whites. Sorry, don't have a pic.
