Good firewall for Win2k Pro running IIS and CF 5.0

I'd like to activate IIS on my win2k Pro machine, but I hesitate to do it without a good firewall. I'm also running Macromedia Cold Fusion Server 5.0 on my machine. I've tried Zone Labs and Norton, but they both prevent CF Server from iniating on startup. Also, Norton locks up and reboots my machine when I allowed IIS to run. My question is, does anyone know of a good software firewall that will allow me to control port traffic and also perhaps some IP packet filtering.
