Good fee based MP3 download program?

I'm currently administering a large families computer 802.11b network with five systems and a cable modem net connection. The problem is the kids are using file sharing programs like Kaza that are loading the systems with addware/spyware and browser hijackers. The parents do not want unsolicited content downloaded to the network and are willing to pay for a secure music file downloading program. They also put strict limits on web browsing so IRC is out. Personally, I'm not comfortable with any actual file sharing or anything having access to the network without my knowledge so a non file share type of program would be a plus. Obliviously, the online company offering such a program won't use the credit card number in a fraudulent manner.
I'm fairly clueless about the whole downloadable MP3 gig as my personal system enjoys a 26.4 Kbps connection to the net that makes downloading music far too slow.

Kazza Lite is really the only option anymore. It is free of spyware and ads.....

turn off sharing in kazaa on their computers ;D

Piolet is a pretty good mp3 only file sharing network. It's the same as Blubster which is just another client.
Also, a lot of people swear by Soulseek, also an mp3 only p2p client.

Remember to run Ad-Aware after uninstalling Kazaa.
