Good fanless gigabit 8 port switch with vlan support?

Just got in a Netgear gigabit 24port switch to replace my current 10/100 switch. I need to swap out the downstream switch in my office (a Netgear 5 port 10/100). I was multiplexing two connections over the cat 5, with gige that won't work, so I need a new small (quiet) switch that supports vlans instead (and jumbo frames). Any suggestions?
