It's hard to say because a lot of fan companies aren't truthful with their sound measurements or they don't test them the same so it's hard to compare.

A medium speed panaflo has the same specs at that one and it will be very quiet.
 
Yeah... brand name is generally more important that specs, just because manufacturers aren't "accurate" with their statements.
