Good facial cleansers and advice?

Likely over washing and causing more damage. If you're still having skin issues after that much cleansing, there are alternate issues. Talk to your doctor and get their advice. Also look at how much you sweat; that's a good cleaning mechanism that opens pores and helps remove particles. Another simple remedy to try is a warm bath with 1 cup epsome salt, but make sure to rinse with clean water before finishing. good luck

As a female, I have always only washed my face once a day with a cleanser. At night I just rinse with cool water. I also use Biore pore strips to remove the occassional blackheads. I rarely get a pimple, but that could be just genetic.

Also, I don't use bar soaps on my face. I use a facial cleanser.

I have the same problem...Walmart sells this pack of three things...It's a cleanser, restorer, and lotion, with another special thing of stuff that dissolves the crap in pores...It really works...One thing that I've found is that stress is a HUGE factor...the more stress=more pimples...Don't stress....

EDIT: Also, (probably not the best thing to do, but I do it and it works), pop the crap! If it's a blackhead, scrub the place and then squeeze it...it'll come out like a tube of toothpaste...If it's a pimple, remove the head (if possible), then sqeeze it until something white and semi-solid comes out...that's what the problem was...Not the best way because it can lead to scarring, but it works....

I always suggest the following:

take Vitamin B-5 <----- best vitamin since vitamin c
It will cure oily face which is the culprit for a lot of acnes.

Epsom Salt <----- best salt period
It just makes my skin tighter and overall better.
Mix it in a slush with water and just apply the slush on your face for 10~15 minutes.
THen wash thoroughly, you will feel your skin just feels better immediately.

Yes.
Here's a small description
Epsom salt != your table salt, just so you know.
I just pour a handful of salt on my hand, add some water to wet it,
then patch around my face. I let the salt dry and crystalize, then I go take a shower and wash my face. The main reason I used epsom salt is because I tried a bunch of other products, and they all irritate my skin, epsom salt doesn't.
