Well, two weeks is not much time to change your appearance. What I think will have the most noticeable impact is upper body work: shoulders, bis/tris, and chest. Are there any specific questions you have?

If you work boot-campish hours, you can improve a lot in two weeks...

Yeah, it'll take many months, if not years to get into a good toned appearance which is what I assume your going for. Unless you work out like an inhuman machine for 12 hours a day, which will do more harm than good anyways, you won't see any difference in two weeks.

Oh no; I didnt really need an apperance change by the time I get back. I'd just like to feel healthier really by the time I get back; more energicetic etc. I'm going with long-term goals for actual apperance change =)

Well, then I'll post it here and see what kind of resonses I get =)

I'm currently 5"9 and 145 pounds. I'd like to basically tone my glutes, lose most of the fat on my upper thighs without making them too large and also make my lower legs stronger although not too much larger. I would not like to have novelty large legs, I'd like to have basically mid-sized but strong ones. Would like to increase forearm and wrist strengths while building some muscles in the triceps area. Also would like to inrease shoulder size, get defined pecks and abs.

I was wondering what sort of workout I'd need to do, combo'd with which sort of nutrition what sort of breaks etc.

Any help is greatly appreciated

And anyone got any opinions on the abtronic?

A few years ago I developed a really good routine that helped me very much. First, I figured out the recovery period for each muscle group. It was as follows:

Abs, calves, forearms: none (can do these everyday)
Biceps, triceps, chest, upper back, shoulders(light): 1 day (can do these every other day)
Quads, hams, lower back, shoulders(heavy): 2 days (do these every 3 days)

So, chosing to work all of these gives you a 6 day rotation.

But if you're looking for energy and fat burning, it would do you far better to speed walk as long as you can. It wasn't until I started walking for up to 6 hours that I noticed extremely fast results.

I forgot to mention a few things. My diet consisted only of fruits, vegetables, grains, and beans. My fat intake was often less than 10g per day and caloric intake was less than 2000 cals. Remember that when deciding what you should eat, ask yourself, "Does this food contain nutrient-dense calories?" In other words, does it have lots of vitamins/minerals, fibre, water, while having few calories?
