Looks like a decent system. I'm not very impressed with HP burners, though. I think Yamaha and Plextor are better. Also, spend a couple extra bucks and get a Live Value! 5.1.

Nice setup.

The translucent mouse sounds cool. But if you haven't already tried one, you might want to try out an optical mouse. A friend finally talked me into buying one...and it really is nice.

I've got a MS Intellimouse Optical -- it's not translucent, but there is a neat glowing light on one end.

I'll second (third?) the Plextor recommendation. HP burners suck. The hardware is decent I guess, but they give you junk software and clutter up your system tray with useless junk. We have a few of the newer HPs at work and they are a real drag on system resources.

Listen to Russ, he definitely knows what he's talking about! ;) (Russ owns Compucheap, so I'd say he's a good source for info... :)

if you need some money somewhere else i would stick with one 128 stick of ram, unless you are planning on doing some major graphic work, since you have a tbird 900 it will not make that much of a difference, i have a celeron 800 with 64 megs of ram and it runs faster than my p3 500 with 256 megs of ram.
