Good easy photo editing program?

Something real simple for the guys who don't know, probably won't ever know, how to use photoshop. I heard they discontinued photodeluxe also, so what other good editing programs are left?

Paint Shop Pro 7 (I think that is the latest version)

If you're looking for a freebie, try ImageForge

If you don't mind paying a little I'd reccomend Paintshop Pro like everybody else.
