good DVD player?

I have to buy a new DVD player because my old one sucks so bad. The only reason I use it is because it plays PAL and my "good" one does not.


Is there any sites that do indepth review (kinda like anand) for DVD players???


or any recommendations you guys can make?
 
Get the el-cheapo CyberHome ones from movie stores, those usually play NTSC/PAL and are region unlocked (or can be with some keypresses)

Yup. I bought a cheapo Mintek DVD player, and it plays everything I put in there. Even straight mpeg files.
