I've had DSL for about a year and a half. Can't live without it now. Its like I was blind and now I can see.
I was wondering what companies y'all recommend for different stuff. I'm a big online gamer, especially Counter-Strike (what an awesome game). But I also host.
Anybody have recommendations, or more importantly, "stay away" froms? I'm using GTE, er Verizon, now, and they are ok, but a bit pricey in the Dallas area.
Just a general poll of companies. The ol' cable vs DSL thing seems to be settling down. I'll be moving in about 10 months, and DSL providers will be a factor in determining where I move to (god, i'm a geek).
